Advanced Returns and Refunds adds a structured, self-service return flow to your WooCommerce store. Customers can register returns directly from their account page or via a dedicated guest page, select items to return, choose between a refund or an exchange, and optionally purchase return shipping. Each return is saved as its own order, making it easy to inspect, edit, and refund just like any other WooCommerce order.
The plugin is built for stores that want to move away from handling returns manually over email, and that want every return tracked consistently alongside their regular orders.
It also adds a built-in withdrawal link that meets the requirements of the 2026 EU directive – accessible for both logged-in customers and guest buyers.
