Before creating a support ticket it can be a good idea to try to locate the issue yourself. Or at least – to determine where the issue is located and prepare as much as possible.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to troubleshoot your store and prepare your support question before submitting it to us.

Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce


Airmee for WooCommerce does work with Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce.

However, if you have checked the “Timeslots in checkout” setting, and have also checked the box for “Shipping Methods in iframe” in your Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce settings the Airmee selectbox for timeslots will not be displayed. This is because this data is not transferred to Klarna and therefore not possible to display within the iframe.
