Creating and configuring a Instabox shipping method

Create shipping method

  1. Navigate to → WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones.
  2. Choose or Add the Shipping zone where you want to add Instabox as a shipping method.
  3. Click Add shipping method, or Edit an existing method, to configure the settings.
  4. Select a shipping method and click Continue.
In this example we use Flat rate, since we want to configure shipping with a cost.

Set up shipping method

  1. Name – set the name of the shipping method – preferably similar to the Service you connect in step 8.
  2. Tax status – Here you set if the shipping is taxable or not.
  3. Set the Cost of the shipping method.
  4. Instabox Service – Choose the shipment service you want to connect in the select box. Chose between No Instabox Connection, GreenExpressCollect in store and Instahome.
  5. Click on Create and save.

Please note that if you are using Klarna Checkout for WooCommmerce (KCO) and and have checked the box for “Shipping Methods in iframe” in your KCO settings the Instabox options will not be displayed to the customer. This is because this data is not transferred to Klarna and therefore not possible to display within the iframe.
