If you are using a shipping plugin that have additional shipping options for the customer, such as (but not limited to) pick up point selector or timeslot options for delivery, the Shipping methods in iframe option in the Kustom Checkout settings should not be enabled.

To ensure that your shipping plugin and its additional shipping features function as intended, this option must remain disabled.

This limitation exists because the additional shipping data is not transferred to Kustom and therefore cannot be displayed within the iframe.
