Known compatibility issues
Some of the plugins listed below may have a solution; others unfortunately do not. We always try to make our plugins compatible with as many other plugins and set-ups as possible, but depending on code outside of our control in other plugins, we can not always enable compatibility.
Pay for order with shipping in iframe
If you have Display Shipping in the iframe active, the Manually adding an order / Pay for order payment method will not work.
PW WooCommerce Gift Cards
It appears that orders containing WooCommerce Gift Cards encounter issues when refunding the full order amount.
This is not specific to Qliro for WooCommerce, but also occurs with other payment methods such as the WooCommerce’s standard BACS payment method for example.
Smart Coupons
Full refunds are not possible if the Apply Before Tax option in the Smart Coupons settings is not enabled.
