Plugin changelog

2.4.0 – 7 September, 2026
  • Feature – Customers can now change the payment card on a subscription, and are told if the card was not registered.
  • Fix – Selecting a shipping option or pickup point whose address contains an apostrophe no longer causes the selection to be dropped in WooCommerce, which resulted in mismatching totals and orders registered with the wrong shipping method.
  • Fix – A shipping option selected in the Qliro iframe just before the purchase is completed is now always applied to the WooCommerce order, instead of the order potentially being placed with the previously selected option.
2.3.0 – 2 September, 2026
  • Feature – You can now apply discounts to captured orders.
  • Enhancement – Scheduled actions related to an order are now shown in the order metabox, to make troubleshooting easier.
  • Enhancement – The return fee on refunds is now explained in the order admin, and shown to the customer in refund emails and on the My Account page.
  • Enhancement – Strengthened the permission and request validation checks on the Qliro order actions in the WooCommerce admin.
  • Enhancement – The refused and on-hold checkout callbacks are now confirmed against the Qliro API before the order status is changed, and the third-party notifications endpoint now verifies that its callback token was issued for the order the notification refers to.
  • Enhancement – Products whose SKU contains characters that Qliro does not accept are now flagged when the product is saved, and customers get a clear message in the checkout.
2.2.10 – 17 August, 2026
  • Fix – Fixed the confirmation page showing up blank after a completed purchase on some server setups.
  • Fix – Fixed failed subscription renewals staying On hold, which left WooCommerce Subscriptions unable to retry them.
  • Fix – Fixed subscription renewals failing to retry after a declined payment. Renewal payments are now created with a temporary reference that is replaced by the order number once the payment goes through, so a failed renewal can be retried as many times as needed.
  • Fix – Fixed renewals that cover several subscriptions being charged once per subscription, which could leave extra payment reservations at Qliro.
  • Fix – Fixed a declined subscription renewal never being retried. When "Retry Failed Payments" is enabled in the WooCommerce Subscriptions settings, a renewal that Qliro declines now has the store's retry rules applied to it, so the renewal order is moved on and retried according to those rules instead of being left as failed.
  • Fix – Fixed a PHP warning that was logged during checkout when no shipping method had been selected yet, which happens when the store hides shippingcosts until an address is entered.
